Overview
This is a multispecialty conference that will cover common pediatric topics with an emphasis on clinical updates, diagnostic strategies, treatment options, and case-based learning.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify and differentiate common and high-risk causes of fever with rash in pediatric patients to guide timely evaluation and management.
  2. Apply evidence-based principles of cardiac fitness assessment and sports screening to determine safe participation for pediatric patients.
  3. Evaluate and classify pediatric lymphadenopathy and determine appropriate observation, diagnostic workup, or referral.
  4. Assess and integrate cardiac and psychosocial factors when formulating a diagnostic and management approach to pediatric palpitations.
  5. Demonstrate effective communication strategies to manage difficult clinical conversations while maintaining professional resilience.

Texas Children’s Hospital is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Texas Children’s Hospital designates this Live Activity activity for a maximum of 5.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
